This refund agreement is a valid contract between us (The owner of Hidemyacc software) and you (The organization or individual directly using Hidemyacc software) related to refunds for Hidemyacc software and service purchases. By purchasing the package, clicking on the website to confirm, or otherwise choosing to accept this Refund Agreement, you agree to accept the entire agreed content of this Refund Agreement.

Refund Conditions

• By purchasing any package from Hidemyacc, you agree to the condition that no refunds will be provided for any customer errors after the purchase has been made.
• Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, misuse, or failure to meet personal expectations.
• If a bug occurs and the fixing time is within seven (7) days, you understand that no refund will be applied.
• Therefore, you should thoroughly test and evaluate our services before purchasing. We offer a 7-day free trial for first-time users, which you can access by downloading our software from https://hidemyacc.com and starting your experience.
• In the event of an error on our part, including but not limited to poor performance or non-functionality of our back-end systems, software bugs (fixing time exceeds seven days), or any issues within our system, we will process a refund upon request. Hidemyacc will calculate the refund, which will be converted into the equivalent number of usage days based on the customer’s current package.

Procedure for Submitting a Refund Request

• Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the occurrence of the issue.
• Please clearly describe the reason for your refund request and provide all necessary information or documentation to support your claim.
• If you wish to switch to another package from Hidemyacc, please contact our support team for guidance.

Refund Processing Procedure

• If your refund request is accepted, we will calculate the number of days to be refunded based on your current package and the duration of the issue. We will notify you of the days to be refunded through the communication methods you used to contact us.
• We will credit the calculated refunded days to your Hidemyacc account within 2 business days (48 hours).
