Terms of Service

3.1 — Eligibility Requirements

To use Hidemyacc, Customer must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your country/territory);
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information;
• Not be prohibited from using the service under any applicable law;
• Be a lawful representative of an organization when registering on behalf of a business.

3.2 — Account Security

Customer bears full responsibility for:

• Maintaining the security of account login credentials (email, password);
• All activities occurring under their account, whether authorized or not;
• Immediately notifying the Company upon discovering unauthorized access to their account.

4.1 — Illegal Activities

• Online gambling or sports betting in jurisdictions where such activities are not legally permitted;
• Financial fraud, investment scams, creating fake trading platforms, Ponzi schemes;
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activities;
• Buying or selling illegal goods and services (drugs, weapons, child sexual abuse material, etc.);
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law.

4.2 — Fraud & Platform Manipulation

• Advertising fraud (ad fraud, click fraud, impression fraud) on any platform;
• Creating fake accounts in bulk for spam, astroturfing, or review manipulation;
• Bypassing security systems or identity verification to gain unfair advantage;
• Automating fake user behavior to circumvent third-party platform policies.

4.3 — Infringement of Third-Party Rights

• Infringing intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks;
• Unauthorized collection of personal data (scraping private data, phishing, identity spoofing);
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming individuals or organizations;
• Spreading misinformation or fake news harmful to the community.

4.4 — System Violations

• Attacking, infiltrating, or disrupting the Company's or third parties' systems;
• Distributing or installing malware, viruses, or ransomware;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling Hidemyacc software;
• Reselling, transferring, or sublicensing account access without the Company's prior written consent.

6.1 — Fees and Billing Cycle

Customer pays according to their selected plan (monthly or annual) at the rates published at hidemyacc.com/pricing. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing with at least 14 days' prior notice.

6.2 — Auto-Renewal

Service plans renew automatically at the start of each new billing cycle. Customer is solely responsible for canceling renewal before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue. The Company will not refund fees for an already-activated renewal period.

6.3 — Taxes and Additional Fees

All taxes and fees arising under Customer's local laws (VAT, service tax, etc.) are Customer's sole responsibility.

6.4 — Failed Payments

If payment fails, the Company may immediately suspend or terminate access without prior notice. Customer bears all risk related to service disruption due to failed payment.

7.1 — Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEADX CO., LTD. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
• Warranties that the service will operate continuously, without interruption or errors;
• Warranties regarding specific business results achievable through use of the software;
• Warranties of compatibility with third-party software, platforms, or services.

7.2 — Cap on Liability

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ONEADX CO., LTD. TO ANY CUSTOMER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 (THREE) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THE CLAIM AROSE.

7.3 — Exclusion of Consequential Damages

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including: loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm — even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.1 — Company's Rights

ONEADX Co., Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate an account without prior notice upon discovery of any violation;
• Lock accounts showing signs of abnormal activity or fraud;
• Terminate service for business reasons with 30 days' prior notice;
• Refuse service to any party at its sole discretion.

9.2 — Consequences of Termination for Violation

• All access to the service terminates immediately;
• No refunds of any kind will be issued;
• Account data will be deleted 30 days after termination;
• The Company may report the violation to competent authorities.

9.3 — Voluntary Termination by Customer

Customer may request account deletion at any time via support. Fees already paid for the current period will not be refunded.
