Still need help? Chat to usRank Points never expire or decrease. They're permanent and reflect your total lifetime spending. Redeemable Points don't expire either, but they can be frozen if your account passes its grace period without renewal. Renew anytime to unfreeze them, nothing is lost.
Your account enters a grace period (3–9 months depending on your rank). During this window, your rank stays active and your Redeemable Points can still be used. If the grace period ends without renewal, your rank and points are frozen, not lost. Renew anytime to instantly restore everything.
Rank Points determine your membership tier and are calculated as $1 = 1 point, with no multiplier. They're never spent. Redeemable Points are what you spend in the Redemption Shop, and they earn a bonus multiplier based on your plan length (up to 2x for annual plans).
It depends on the voucher. Renewal Vouchers (5–10% off) stack with your rank discount. Exclusive Renewal Vouchers (15–25% off) and Upgrade Vouchers replace your rank discount instead of stacking. You'll always get whichever gives you the better deal, but they don't combine.
Not on the reactivation payment itself. That payment is charged at full price. Your rank and discount are restored starting from your next renewal after that.
Rank Protection adds 1 or 2 extra months to your grace period, redeemable with points (price depends on your rank). You can add up to 2 months total per billing cycle, and the option is only available while you're still within your current grace period.
All discounts are capped at 30% combined, no matter how you stack your rank discount with a voucher.
